Jehovah-Jireh

 Jehovah-Jireh... the Lord provides. It’s always amazing to me when God hears and answers my prayers. But today He answered a prayer I hadn’t actually uttered yet. I knew there was a need, but honestly I was in so much pain over the weekend that I didn’t give it a lot of thought. But He did. 

I knew when I finished the first half of my certificate program for biblical counseling last week that I would need to come up with the money for that second half. I also knew that I didn’t have the money. I figured I would save it or borrow it, or whatever, but with so much going on, I just didn’t spend a ton of time thinking about it....until I got an email notification Monday morning telling me that I’d been granted access to the second half of the program. It was purchased today. I reached out to the only 3 people who would have even known about it, and they said they didn’t pay it. I have no idea who paid it, but I was literally moved to tears and overcome with so much thankfulness. 

Jehovah-Jireh... the Lord is MY provider. I am continually amazed that He has called me to this. I pray I am always faithful to lead others to Him and that He is glorified in my obedience.
